Good News for our fellow Cabalen in Apalit, Pampanga!
A Five-story Provincial Hospital Annex will soon rise in the town of Apalit, Pampanga.
The groundbreaking and capsule laying ceremony of the soon-to-rise Provincial Hospital Annex was spearheaded by Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, and Apalit City Mayor Jun Tetangco held last March 28, 2022, at Brgy. Sampaloc, Apalit, Pampanga.
It is expected that the construction of the soon-to-rise Provincial Hospital in Apalit will be funded by The Department of Public Works and Highways(DPWH).
A total of ₱300 million funds for the infrastructure of the Apalit Hospital Annex, which was permitted under the leadership of the former secretary Mark Villar who is now running for a Senatorial position.
DPWH provided ₱70.2 million in funds for the first phase of the construction of The Apalit Hospital Annex.
This came from the General Appropriation Act under the National Building Program of DPWH.
The Five-story Hospital is expected to have 24 with 5 beds wards, and a room for ob-gynecology, maternity, radiology, pharmacy, dental, pediatrics, and surgery.
The more than one-hectare land was given by Jun and Jen Tetangco, ASCCOM Multipurpose Cooperative, Nature Realty and Cooperative, Kagawad Elmer Sunga, and the Barangay Council of Sampaloc.
On the other hand, the Hospital will be built on a 3-hectare Apalit health and educational complex near Apalit DHVSU Building, and the Provincial Dialysis Center.
