The Central Country Estate Incorporated (CCEI) who is also known as the property developer of The Lakeshore, a local Tourist spot in the town of Mexico in Pampanga, is determined to construct an arctic park for a winter-themed Christmas.
According to CCEI Chief Operating Officer Architect BJ Mangio, a part of the lake will become an outdoor skating rink complete with ski lifts.
“People can enjoy ice skating by the lake and feel a different kind of Christmas once they are here at The Lakeshore,” Mangio mentioned during the Central Country Estate Incorporated’s 22nd-anniversary celebration last September 8.
Mangio further added that there will be expected sled slides, globe tents that will imitate igloos, and a polar express train in particular.
Additionally, it was mentioned that they will make use of eco-friendly technology similar to the one being used in Singapore for their skating rinks.
The “Arctic Park,” which will be part of The Lakeshore’s Christmas Park, is set to launch this upcoming November.
Last weekend, The Lakeshore officially launched its Christmas Park complete with colorful lights and displays including a giant lantern, a gingerbread house, and huge Christmas tree decorations among others.
The Christmas Park is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
