Students from Angeles City will receive free shoes and bags starting on Sept 5

Good news for all our Cabalens who are students in Angeles City

Starting on September 5, 2022, all of the students enrolled in 53 public schools in Angeles City- Day Care, Pre-school, and Grade 1-12 will all get free school supplies, school bags, shoes, and t-shirts. 

The distribution of approximately 100,000 pairs of free school supplies, t-shirts, shoes, and bags will be given personally by Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. starting on the 5^th of September to all public schools via a schedule. 

Before the distribution of free supplies on Sept. 5, Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel examined the uniforms, shoes, and school supplies that will be given to all public-school students in Angeles City. 

With the help of the guidance of Calaguas and Manuel, members of the Gender and Development Office, City Nutrition Office, Angeles City Emergency Command Center, General Services Office, and City Engineer’s Office will participate and support Angeles City Mayor Pogi Lazatin in the distribution of Supplies.

One of the promises of Mayor Pogi Lazatin is to administer excellent education that’s very convenient to all students, saying “No Angeleño youth will be left behind in terms of education.”
