Fides Bakeshop is well-known in Pampanga for its wonderful baked pastries, especially the Special Ensaymada. For our “Review fom Home” segment, the bakeshop kindly sent over some samples of their goods for us to try and review.

One item we were eager to taste was the Special Ensaymada, and it did not let us down. Our tongues just melted into the pillowy, light bread. The topping had the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. Served with a steaming cup of coffee, this Ensaymada is the ideal start to the day.
