According to one of his interviews on a local news station, he shared that he selected ‘Etos’ as the name of his restaurant and café to pay homage to and acknowledge his grandfather, Modesto, a hardworking businessman. The latter is known for having been one the first to open a lumber and hardware business in the small town of Guagua.

Surprisingly, the food choices on their menu are vast, which lean on American, Spanish, Italian, and Asian fusion cuisines. A place where you can get your usual comfort food such as pizzas, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, and rice meal in one place.

In Estos, you expect something you won’t expect! For instance, one of their hot items that you must try is their Chicken wings. It’s something worth trying because it’s not your standard chicken wings that you’ll find around the market.

This well-liked starter is available in three unique yet oddly delightful flavors: Honey Sriracha, Adobo, and Kare-Kare.
