Come on, join me to take a look back at our history!
Dr. Jose Rizal, the national hero of the Philippines, once said,
“He who does not know how to look back at where he came from will never get to his destination.”
“Ang hindi marunong lumingon sa pinangalingan ay hindi makakarating sa paroroonan.”
Dr. Jose Rizal, National Hero
Citizens of our country must remember our past because without those events, we probably would not be living in our present and possibly our future would also be chaotic.
Perhaps, we live in a time when more and more young people or Filipinos are forgetting the history and past of our country, the Philippines. As Filipino, it is our obligation as citizens of our country to know our past because it is only suitable to do so.
One of the provinces located in the Philippines that is rich in history and a place with a deep story of the past is the province of Pampanga. The story of the history and struggle of the province of Pampanga is profound.
It is also one of the earliest recognized provinces and one of the eight sun rays found on the Philippine flag, so it is just as important for the Kapampangan to appreciate their culture and art.
If you are visiting Pampanga other than the food that the province is famous for, you may also want to see the newly renovated The New Clark Museum and Clark 4D Theater.
It was built and located at the former US Base in Clark, Pampanga.
At the Clark Museum, you will find a wide variety of artifacts, true-to-life replicas, dioramas, old photographs, murals, and interactive displays that will help those who plan to visit the area understand the history of Clark, Pampanga, and other neighboring areas of Pampanga.
You can observe the history that Clark went through during the American Occupation and its importance during World War II.
Inside the Museum, there are four galleries you can find. Each of the exhibitions found at the Clark Museum is important and embodies the culture, history, and geography of Clark and Pampanga.
Take a peek inside the Clark Museum. What are the four galleries?
Between Arayat and Pinatubo: A Geo Hub for the Filipino Spirit

You can also watch Clark History in 4D in their 4D Theater.
A visit to the Clark Museum will not only leave you with knowledge of the past events and history of Clark and Pampanga, but it will also leave you with the fact that the province of Pampanga is rich in culture.
