According to them, six years ago was the first time they experienced eating at Grumpy Joe, which is in Baguio City.
“Noong nagpa-pass by kami, hindi namin makita. Maliit lang siya and it was located in Leonard Wood Road in Baguio City.” Martina Gozon shared the story.
In the beginning, when they first catch sight of the famous diner, they began to feel a little bit doubtful
Adding to these was the price of the food on the menu. They thought that it was quite expensive for such a small place.
However, that didn’t last long when the food was served on their table.
“Ayun nga nung nag dine na kami, nagulat kami kasi siyempre yung price niya nasa 290 something ganoon. So akala naming mahal siya. Pero nung dumating yung food nagulat kami madami yung serving niya.” Martina added.
Maria Gozon also shared that every time they eat at Grumpy Joe, they go home with a portion of take-out food.
