According to Liga Power Hoops Director Darcy Tiongson, creating a sports community has always been the team’s dream. Long before the facility officially opened, they were already organizing leagues and tournaments because of one simple reason—they genuinely love sports.
Their journey began before the pandemic by hosting basketball leagues and sports festivals, particularly for companies in Clark and members of the BPO community. Even during challenging times, the goal never changed: create quality sporting events where people could enjoy healthy competition.

Today, Liga Power Hoops is no longer just about basketball. They now organize volleyball tournaments, badminton competitions, pickleball events, and even running activities through their partnership with Run and Beyond.
