Craving for a pasta and pizza but wanted to try these dishes with a twist? Parmisanos Bistro is the perfect place for you. I am a person who loves Italian Cuisine. It has been a Pizza or Pasta “is life” for me though haha! I know a number of people do too! But of course who would not have the love for our own, Local/Kapampangan cuisine? I admit. I am lucky to be living in the Culinary capital of the Philippines, Pampanga, which known for serving a special, inspired, mouth-watering and served with love and passion prepared/cooked dishes. One dish we are known for is the Sisig. It’s a chopped pork and liver seasoned and served on a sizzling plate. But how does the union of Italian and Local cuisine would taste like? I think it would be a festive dining experience for me!

Let the fusion of each cuisine starts here… You have to try their Sisig Pizza – a house made Kapampangan Sisig with crushed chicharon and mozzarella cheese on!
For starters, this Biringhe Arancini is a crispy rice ball cooked in coconut cream, chicken, and spices. The first bite wouldn’t fail you. You would want to finish the whole because of the crispiness and the softness of its rice inside is just appetizing.
Some more in their starter menu, for salad lovers, they have Fish Flakes Salads with Malunggay dressing, Salad Kapitalyana. For Sandwiches, they have Triple Cheese Panini, Lengua Panini, and Sisig Panini.
Good plating of Shrimp Bisque Fusilli sending off a smile! 😊 An Italian take on pancit lulog.
Or if I may simplify it, “Pancit Palabok” on an extra level! This is so delicious I am sure everyone would love!
Sicilian Chicken Pesto. I love how the chicken strips topped with sarciado sauce tastes good with pesto fusilli. More to love pasta on their menu!
Sisig Risotto – Pamisanos’ risotto (soft rice) topped with homemade Kapampangan sisig.
Crispy Porchetta with tocino rice. Guys, I recommend this for you to try!
This is a tocino rice with Crispy Pork belly, Burong Mustasa with egg and Siarsado sauce. Take at least 3 friends with you to feast on this one.
Lengua Salpicao with Rice – served on a sizzling plate, braised ox tongue with mushroom, corn, and garlic. This is my first time eating this kind of dish and yeah, it was not bad. Though I am not a fan of Lengua, Their Lengua Salpicao tastes good! I can imagine Lengua lovers out there enjoying this.
